⚠️ Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to:
- All your sugar logging history
- Daily progress tracking
- Personalized settings and preferences
- Any associated subscription data
🚪 How to Delete Your Account
Step 1: Open the Sugar Track mobile app on your device
Step 2: Navigate to Settings → Account Management
Step 3: Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm
Alternative: If you cannot access the app, contact us directly
📝 Manual Account Deletion Request
If you prefer to request account deletion manually, please contact us with the following information:
- Your Google account email address
- Confirmation of account deletion request
- Any specific data deletion requirements
📧 Send Deletion Request Email
⚡ What Happens After Deletion
- Immediate: Your account will be disabled
- Within 24 hours: All personal data deleted from our servers
- Within 30 days: Complete data removal from all systems
- Google Sign-In: You'll lose access to app-specific data (Google account unaffected)
- Subscriptions: Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
